Best Western Maple Ridge Hotel

They accommodated our whole hockey team. The supervisor was amazing...as she allowed us to use their amenity room as well as their breakfast lounge . Highly recommended hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding; overall great hotel! It was clean and tidy, although the room seemed a little cold when we arrived. Basic hotel amenities, the hot tub was great for the rainy weekend. The breakfast was good but seemed a little understocked at times, the biggest "con" if you will is the hotel is next to a busy and loud highway, so if you have to leave the parking lot you'll be waiting a few minutes to turn left and if you're walking it is very loud. The staff were super nice!!

For a budget hotel; it actually exceeded my expectations. Hotels are really expensive now, and for us, it was within our price range. I thought it was good, I was happy to have a clean room, comfy bed and breakfast. The free breakfast was really nice in my opinion. It suited us just fine. The pool was cold and we couldn’t figure out how to switch on the jets for the hot tub but we had fun. I would stay here again. Location suited us well. Very easy check in and check out, no problems at all. Staff were friendly!

Had a wonderful stay at the Best Western hotel! From check-in to check-out, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. Free parking was a huge plus and made things super convenient. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. We’ll definitely choose this location again next time we’re in town. Highly recommended

A bit of a drive from Surrey, BC and Vancouver, BC where we had things to do, but we stayed here 2 nights for the more reasonable price offered. The room A/C felt a bit weak for size of room (2 queen beds) in August. Very friendly and helpful staff, including the overnight staff! We would stay here again if the price is right. Good value.

The staff here are sweeties, so friendly and accommodating. Always have a smile and happy to help, room was clean, beds are comfortable, shower was nice and a good pressure, love the scent of the shower gel etc. My only issue is not even with the owners or staff, more the building structure and the other customers. Two big things they have little control over and I can't fault them over that. The walls are thin and so you can hear lots of noise, just so people are aware. Same with hearing doors slam constantly, such is the hotel life I'm afraid . Also unfortunately, certain substances are legal here and stunk up the corridors. However, the smell was always swiftly taken care of and the corridors smelled fresh in no time. I didn't use the pool so have no opinion, the laundry services were fine. Overall? I had a really nice stay. Thank you for a warm place to eat and sleep, this my first time using this chain and I have enjoyed my stay.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful checking us into our room. This hotel is nice enough but a little underwhelming for what I'd expect from Best Western. The room was a little small, with a tiny bathroom. Adequate for a last minute stay.
